Mrs. Cormier is a senior-level executive with experience in corporate management, finance and strategic advisory situations. She has extensive experience in North American public capital markets. Mrs. Cormier is currently operating advisor for Quebec-based portfolio investments of Wynnchurch Capital Inc., a $4 billion private equity fund. Prior to Wynnchurch, she was CFO of a family office involved in private equity and venture capital and, prior to that, spent 13 years with a North American forest products company where she was CFO. Mrs. Cormier is a Certified Corporate Director and has served on a number of public, private and not-for-profit boards. She currently serves on the Boards of Cascades Inc., Champion Iron Ore, and Uni-Select Inc.
