As General Counsel, Daniel oversees the BFL CANADA group of companies’ legal, compliance and regulatory affairs across Canada, providing leadership and guidance on a broad range of matters.

Daniel also serves as Secretary to the boards of directors of the BFL CANADA group of companies.

Daniel joined BFL CANADA in 2017. Prior to this, he practiced commercial (financing/banking) and insurance litigation at a law firm for over a decade.

Daniel is a member of the Quebec Bar and graduate of McGill University’s Faculty of Law with Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degrees.
