Daniel joined BFL CANADA in 1997, has held various senior management positions within the firm, and was one of the owners of the company. Today, as Executive Vice President—Eastern Canada, Daniel is a mentor to the next generation and helps develop strategies for a diverse range of clients with complex profiles.

Daniel has over 40 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Before joining BFL CANADA, he held several senior management positions with British and Canadian insurance companies, as well as with international insurance brokerage firms.

He is a licensed insurance professional with the Insurance Institute of Canada (IIC) and an insurance broker. He also holds the Associate Insurance Broker (AIB) designation. In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of BFL CANADA, Daniel has served on various boards of directors of private, public and non-profit organizations, including Renaissance, which he continues to serve on and act as Treasurer.
