BFL CANADA Appoints Christopher O'Sullivan as new Chief Information Officer
Today, BFL CANADA announced the appointment of Christopher O’Sullivan as their Chief Information Officer. With over 20 years of experience building and leading technology teams in complex environments, Christopher will provide oversight and direction to corporate IT and business leaders on strategy, standards and opportunities for data analytics and business intelligence, development and support, infrastructure, security and technical services.

Before joining BFL CANADA, Christopher held various roles of progressive responsibility within IT. For the past six years he has been a part of an executive leadership team, most recently as Vice-President Strategy, Architecture, Engineering, and DevOps.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of West Indies, and a Master’s in mathematics focusing on Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, which he completed as a Commonwealth Scholar. He has also completed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams.
Christopher has a strong passion for industry and community engagement, more specifically as a founding member of the CSIO INNOTECH Advisory Committee, focussing on digital innovation in P&C insurance and as a Sponsor of Girls Learning to Code workshops, empowering females in STEM.
Christopher’s arrival at BFL CANADA will accelerate our Digital Strategy implementation and continue to position our organization as both the consultative broker of choice and leader in online platforms, specialty business, and programs in the industry.
